Realizamos 3 sesiones en las cuales vamos explorando y equilibrando tu elemento Aire y tu elemento Agua. Te guío con técnicas gestálticas para comprender la emoción que genera el estrés, para indagar en las raíces de esa emoción y para superarla. Te enseño técnicas meditativas para ayudarte a calmar el ruido mental y a reconectar con tu cuerpo, escuchar tus sensaciones y acoger tus emociones.
